At SikSilk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
